How It Works

Check out the list of services to see what best fits the needs of you and your pets. Once deciding, send a meet and greet inquiry. I will follow up to confirm the date, time and location of the meet and greet within 24 hours. I will also provide an intake form to fill out prior to the meet and greet.

At the meet and greet we will: address your care needs, expectations of me, meet your pet(s), and ask any questions that may come up about the booking, and arrange entry to your home (i.e handing off a key, providing code lock).

Full payment is due prior to start of services. We will discuss best method of payment during the meet and greet which may include debit, credit, or e-transfer.

Once the date of the service comes, I will provide frequent communication and updates through text about your furry family member. I will be available to you before, during, and after any booking to answer questions that may arise.
